How to join
- Make sure your fundraiser is live during the Dhul Hijjah Referral program.
- If you are logged in, look for the Dhul Hijjah tab on your fundraiser page
- Type the team name for your Dhul Hijjah referral link and click Save.

Important rules
To keep things fair, here are the key guidelines:
- New sign-ups only : Donors who are already signed up or pre-enrolled in the Dhul Hijjah Challenge cannot sign up through a referral link.
- Unique signups required: Each referral must come from a unique user account and payment method (credit or debit card).
- Self-referrals are not counted: Fundraisers, team members, or donations benefiting your own fundraiser won’t count
- Minimum donation: Donors must give at least
- $3 USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, or SGD
- 3 EUR
- 3 GBP
- 12 MYR
How donations work
When someone uses your referral code to join the Dhul Hijjah Challenge:
- Their first donation will go to your fundraiser
- After that, their daily giving will support a new cause each day during Dhul Hijjah, selected from the global pool of fundraisers on LaunchGood
This means your fundraiser benefits up front—while your referral helps unlock impact across the community.
Daily Leaderboard Contest: Win daily prizes
Every day of Dhul Hijjah, LaunchGood will reward the top fundraisers in two key categories:
- Most Raised: Highest total amount raised in a single day
- Most Supporters: Highest number of unique donors in a single day

No sign-up required. If your fundraiser is live during the contest period, you’re automatically in.

The Dhul Hijjah Contest starts on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET.
The leaderboard refreshes daily at 7:00 PM ET, and the contest ends on Thursday, June 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET.
That’s 9 days of powerful giving—and one incredible opportunity on the Day of Arafah.
Prizes
Your fundraiser can win up to $11,000 in boost prizes—and on the Day of Arafah, the cap is removed and all boost amounts are quadruple for one day only.
Boosts are awarded daily, based on your leaderboard performance. A total of $11,000 USD in daily boosts is distributed across top-performing fundraisers on each category.
The top 5 fundraisers on the Daily Leaderboard for each category will win:

Key rules
To keep the contest fair and transparent:
- Unique Donors Only: Each entry must come from a unique email and credit card.
- Fair Play: To ensure fairness, the following donations will not be counted:
- Excluded Donations: Donations made through LaunchGood’s internal features—such as the homepage, Discover page, or any Ads promotions—will not be counted.
- Self-Donations: Donations made by the fundraiser or any related entities (e.g., the fundraiser beneficiary) will be excluded.
- Prize limit: Each fundraiser can only win one prize per category per day. Prizes are subject to standard card processing fees
Mosque Competition
The Mosque contest recognizes and supports mosque fundraisers during the first 9 days of Dhul Hijjah, when communities come together to give with intention. The competition runs during the first 9 days of Dhul Hijjah, including one Friday.

Competition structure and timeline
A single leaderboard will track fundraising performance during the first 9 days of Dhul Hijjah, ranked by total funds raised during the competition window.
- The contest is cumulative and includes one Friday.
- All prizes are announced at the end of the full 9-day period, after eligibility checks and verification.
Official timing:
- Start: Sunday May 17 at 7:00 pm ET
- End: Tuesday May 26 at 7:00 pm ET
Important:
- All eligible donations made from the official start time count toward the leaderboard, regardless of when a mosque opts in.
- Mosques can join any time during the competition period.

Key rules
- Only fundraisers created for a mosque are eligible to participate.
- Fundraisers must opt in via the official Mosque Competition sign-up form to participate in the Mosque contest.
- Fundraisers may join at any time during the contest period; however, the cut-off to opt in is Day 9 of Dhul Hijjah, as outlined above. Funds will only count from the point the campaign is added to the community page.
- Fundraisers cannot change, edit, or swap their fundraiser once opted in.
- Only one fundraiser page per LaunchGood account may participate, unless it is clearly a separate mosque under an umbrella organization.
- Fundraisers must meet all standard LaunchGood compliance and verification requirements.
- Peer-to-peer fundraising:
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) sub-fundraiser pages are not eligible to participate or rank on the leaderboard.
- Only the main opted-in mosque fundraiser page is eligible, and donations must be attributed to that fundraiser page to count.
- Participation alongside other contests:
- Eligible mosque fundraisers may participate in the Mosque contest and other Ramadan competitions at the same time.
