LaunchGood offers an automatic monthly payout system for organizational accounts, ensuring that funds are disbursed efficiently. This process is designed to streamline payments so organizations receive their funds without the need for manual intervention.
How It Works
Automatic Enrolment: All organizational accounts are automatically enrolled in the monthly payout system.
Payout Schedule: Payments are processed at the beginning of each month.
Processing Time: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
Payouts Are Account-Based: Payouts are made on an account level, meaning all funds available to be paid out will be included in the payout.
Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent once your payout has been processed. If you do not receive an email by mid-month, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Requesting an Early Payout
If your organization requires funds before the scheduled payout date, you can request an early payout by following these steps:
Email our payments team at payments@launchgood.com or get in touch with your LaunchGood Account Manager.
Include the following details:
Organization name
link to a campaign or community page
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Additional Information
If there are any issues with your payout, such as incorrect banking details, our team will notify you.
Ensure your bank account details are up to date in your account settings to avoid delays.
For international payouts, additional processing time may be required due to banking regulations.
