Why is my account getting automatically charged during Dhul Hijjah?

You may be getting automatically charged as a result of your account being pre-enrolled in the Dhul Hijjah Challenge from previous years or other challenges such as the Ramadan Challenge. 


To confirm your enrollment, follow the below steps: 


1. Login to your LaunchGood account  


2. Go to your Dhul Hijjah Challenge homepage by visiting www.launchgood.com/dhc


3. On you DHC homepage, scroll down and click on "Edit your preferences" button.




4. Under you Dhul Hijjah Challenge Settings, click on the "Yearly Enrollment" drop down menu.

                                         




5. Under this menu, if you wish you can leave the challenge by clicking on the "Leave Challenge" hyper link and then clicking on the "Stop Scheduled Giving" button. 

 



If you were not pre-enrolled and were still auto-charged, please email us at help@launchgood.com
