Every fundraiser on LaunchGood is reviewed using a risk-based approach. Fundraisers go through an initial screening before going live, and our team may continue reviewing them afterward. We may also request supporting documents to help ensure that fundraisers follow our guidelines and clearly explain how funds will be used.

Supporting a Fundraiser
While we take steps to review fundraisers, donors should use their own judgment when deciding whether to contribute to a fundraiser, fundraiser organizer, or charity.
Reporting Concerns
We take possible fraudulent activity and the misuse of funds raised very seriously. If you have any reason to believe that a Fundraiser Organizer or Charity is not raising or using funds for their stated purpose, please alert our team by sending a message to compliance@launchgood.com.
We will review the matter and take any appropriate action where necessary. As part of our commitment to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users, we are unable to disclose the outcome or details of any review we undertake in response to a complaint.
