At LaunchGood, we are committed to fostering transparency and trust within our community. We understand that questions may arise regarding our referral programs and the involvement of influencers in fundraising efforts. Below, we address some common inquiries.
1. How can LaunchGood afford to pay £/$100 to Campaign Creators (CCs) for referrals?
Our referral program is designed to incentivize charities to engage their donor base in consistent giving, particularly during Ramadan. Here’s how it works:
- Charities encourage their donors to give daily by signing up for scheduled giving.
- Donors contribute various amounts, ranging from £/$1 to £/$1,000 per day.
- Donations are pooled together and used to reward verified charities that have earned boosts.
- Whatever donations that are not utilised for Referrals boosts, are allocated through daily contests, power hours and match funds to maximize impact. Learn more about our incentives here
- Funds are directed toward CCs who earn boosts, and donors receive receipts for their contributions.
- Our goal is to ensure donations reach as many unique causes as possible.
This system ensures that donor contributions are maximized for charitable causes while rewarding charities for engaging their communities effectively.
2. What if someone donates £/$2 daily (totalling £/$60)? Where does the remaining £/$40 come from to reach the
£/$100 boost?
The £/$100 boost is an incentive provided by LaunchGood to encourage early sign-ups for the Ramadan Challenge. This amount is not directly tied to the total a single donor contributes. Instead:
- LaunchGood provides the full boost amount as a reward for charities when a donor commits to scheduled giving.
- The additional funds come from the collective donation pool, gathered through funds pooled together from scheduled giving
- This ensures charities receive meaningful support, regardless of how much an individual donor contributes.
3. Does LaunchGood pay influencers or volunteers for referrals?

Any financial arrangements between charities and influencers are made independently of LaunchGood. It's essential for both parties to adhere to legal and ethical standards, including transparent disclosure of any paid partnerships, to maintain trust and compliance within the community.
