We’re here to make managing your Recurring Giving as easy as possible! If you’d like to update your payment details, change your donation amount, or adjust any other settings, this step-by-step guide will walk you through it.
Note: This guide is for those who already have an active Recurring Giving subscription. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can click here to sign up now.
Getting Started
First things first, let's make sure you're logged in!
- Head over to LaunchGood.com/login
- Enter your email and password.
If you're already logged in, we are ready to continue!
Accessing Your Scheduled Recurring Giving Details
Now that you are logged in, let's find your Recurring Giving plan :
- On the top right corner, click on the Main Menu icon ( ≡ ).
- Then, look for Your Giving section, and expand it by clicking on the drop down arrow.
- Proceed to click on "Scheduled Giving"
- Scroll down to find the "Mosques & Charities" card.
- Click on "View Details" to open the settings page for your scheduled giving. Alternatively, you can visit this link directly.
Updating Your Recurring Giving Plan
Once you're on the settings page, look for the subscription that you would like to update, and click "Edit" to make changes. Here's what you can adjust:
- Plan: Select a different donation plan if available
- Giving Amount : Adjust the amount you wish to donate.
- Currency : Adjust the currency that you wish to donate in.
- Tip : Modify the tip amount if you'd like to support LaunchGood.
- Payment Method : Update your payment card information.
- GiftAid : If applicable, enable or update your GiftAid status.
- Unsubscribe : If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, you can do so here.
Finalizing Your Updates
Once you’ve made the changes, simply click "Save" to confirm. You’ll see a confirmation message, and a receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
