You can check the status of your donation on LaunchGood via your User Profile.
To see your donations and check their status:
1. Log in to your LaunchGood account
2. Access your User Profile. Click the Menu in the top right-hand corner and click My Giving.
3. Under Campaigns, you can see a list of all of your recent donations. If a donation was not successfully processed, you will see an error message under the donation. The error message states the reason for the unsuccessful donation.
