Our payment processors help to ensure LaunchGood stays a safe and secure platform to process your successful fundraising. There is a small fee from these processors that is passed on to the campaign creator. This fee only applies once a payout has been issued for your successful campaign.

Sometimes, there are delays in receiving your funds. This can be because of uncleared donations, bank holidays, and national holidays. Intermediary banks may also require additional information, in which case a LaunchGood payments specialist will be in contact for further information.
